2.1. Information you provide
- Membership: full name, email, phone, password (stored in irreversible form).
- Orders and invoicing: delivery and billing address; if required for the invoice, Turkish national ID number or tax office and tax number; order contents and amount.
- Communication and quotes: information and bills of materials you submit through the contact and quote forms or by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Dealership and bulk purchase applications: company information, field and region of activity, information on the authorized contact person.
- Returns and warranty: reason for return, photos of the product and of the damage, IBAN for refunds by bank transfer/EFT.
- Preferences: your commercial message consent and your cookie preference.
2.2. Information collected while you use the website
- IP address, browser and device type, operating system.
- Through the website measurement of our infrastructure provider ikas: the pages you visit, the products you view, search terms, cart and checkout steps.
- Website usage information through Google Analytics 4, only if you give your consent.
- Session and transaction logs kept for security purposes.
2.3. Information we do not collect
Your card number, expiration date and security code are not seen or stored by us; payment is processed on the secure infrastructure of the payment institution. We do not request special categories of personal data, such as health or biometric data, religion or political opinions. We do not access the biometric templates stored on devices we sell, such as fingerprint readers; details are available in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).
3. How do we use information?
- To receive, prepare and ship your order and to track its delivery.
- To issue invoices and fulfill our legal obligations.
- To answer your questions about products, stock, quotes and technical compatibility.
- To handle return, exchange, warranty and malfunction processes.
- To evaluate corporate purchase, project and dealership requests.
- To ensure the security of the website and prevent misuse.
- If you give your consent, to measure and improve the website; if you give your approval, to send campaign and announcement messages.
4. With whom do we share information?
Your information is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with the following parties: our e-commerce infrastructure provider ikas, the payment institution and banks, the shipping company, e-invoicing and accounting service providers, Google (analytics measurement only with your consent; fonts when pages load), the Message Management System (İYS), and public authorities authorized by law. 5. Cookies
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies, the measurement and functional records of our infrastructure provider, and analytics cookies that run only with your consent. Which record is used for what purpose, and how you can manage your preferences, are explained on the Cookie Policy page.
6. Retention period
We keep your information for the period required for the purpose for which it is processed and for the retention periods prescribed by law (e.g., order-related information and documents for 3 years, invoice records for 5 years). When the period expires, the information is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Details are available in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).
7. Security
- Website traffic is encrypted with SSL/TLS.
- Membership passwords are stored in irreversible form on the ikas infrastructure.
- Card details are processed only on the secure infrastructure of the payment institution.
No method provides absolute security. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone and that you log out on shared devices. If we learn that your data has been obtained by unauthorized persons, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Board and you, as required by Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to request information about your data and to request its rectification and erasure, as well as the right to object. The methods of application are set out in the Privacy Notice (KVKK); you can also send your requests to [email protected].
9. Commercial messages
Campaign and announcement messages are sent only if you give your prior approval, and approval records are registered in the Message Management System (İYS). You can withdraw your approval at any time, free of charge, via the opt-out link in each message, through İYS, or by writing to us. Details are available on the Commercial Electronic Message Consent Text page. Order, shipping and invoice notifications are not commercial messages.
10. Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed at persons under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we become aware that such a record has been created, we delete it.
11. Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other services, such as manufacturer pages, WhatsApp and maps. When you click these links, the relevant service’s own privacy terms apply.
