We have a separate working model for electrical contractors, low-voltage systems companies, residential complex managements and corporate purchasing departments that buy in large quantities at once, as well as for business partners who want to sell in their region. On this page you can find our bulk purchase terms and the dealership application process.
1. Who Is Bulk Purchasing For?
- Contractors purchasing locks, readers and buttons in bulk for new building, residential complex or office building projects.
- Residential complex and apartment building managements supplying cards/tags for hundreds of units.
- Integrators installing access systems in multi-door buildings such as factories, schools, hospitals and hotels.
- Regular supply of consumables (cards, buttons, power supplies) for service and maintenance teams.
- Electrical suppliers and security system dealers who sell to their own customers.
2. Quantity-Based Pricing
Quantity tiers are set by product and product group; as the quantity increases, the unit price decreases step by step.
| Quantity tier | Benefit applied |
|---|---|
| Quantity tiers on a single product | Tiered unit price discount as the quantity increases |
| Mixed cart (different products, same group) | Evaluated on the group total |
| Project-based bulk list | Custom pricing for the list as a whole |
- The minimum quantity required for bulk pricing varies by product group; when you send us your list, we will let you know whether it qualifies.
- Additional discounts may not apply to products on promotion.
- Because prices can be affected by exchange rates and changes in supplier price lists, the validity period of each quote is stated separately in the quote document.
- For bulk purchases, payment and payment term conditions are evaluated separately according to the scope of the order and stated in the quote.
3. How to Get a Quote
- Prepare your bill of materials (product name/model, quantity, brand preference if any). If you don’t have a list, a project sketch or the number of doors is also enough.
- Send the list to [email protected] or contact us at 0539 821 66 12. Don’t forget to include your company’s legal name, the contact person and the delivery province.
- Our team checks the list for technical compatibility and lets you know if any items are missing or incompatible with each other.
- A priced quote document is prepared and sent to you; preparation time may vary depending on the scope of the list.
- Once you approve, the order is opened and the shipping plan and invoicing process begin.
4. Project Support
Preparing the bill of materials is the most time-consuming part of a project. We are by your side at this stage:
- Bill of materials: preparing a recommended product list based on the number of doors, door type (wooden/glass/metal), opening direction and lock type.
- Compatibility check: reader–panel protocol compatibility (Wiegand, etc.), card frequency (125 kHz / 13.56 MHz), and matching the lock’s holding force to the door weight.
- Power calculation: power supply and backup battery capacity recommendations based on the total current draw.
- Alternative product suggestions: equivalent product options based on budget or delivery time.
- Phased shipping: shipping materials block by block or floor by floor for long-running projects.
- Spare parts plan: a recommended spare stock list for maintenance after project handover.
You can reach our project support team on weekdays, 09:00 – 18:00. This support covers product supply; electrical project drawings, fire regulation compliance approval and on-site installation services are outside its scope.
5. Dealership
We evaluate dealership applications on a company-by-company basis. After receiving your application, we review your field of activity and purchasing potential; companies that purchase regularly or in high volumes may be offered special pricing and dealer benefits based on their purchase volume. Submitting an application does not mean automatic dealership approval.
5.1. What We Offer Our Dealers
- Special pricing and additional terms that may be set based on purchase volume.
- Access to product technical documents, images and user manuals.
- Priority responses to pre-sales technical questions.
- Updates on new products and stock.
- Sales and technical guidance by product group.
5.2. Requirements
- Being a taxpayer individual or legal entity operating in electrical, low-voltage, security systems or building materials.
- Having sales or installation capacity in your region.
- Having the potential for regular or high-volume purchases.
- Acting in line with brand and pricing policies.
5.3. Application Steps
- Fill out the Dealership Application form on this page; if you prefer, you can also send your company’s legal name, field of activity, region of activity, contact person and contact details to [email protected].
- Your tax certificate and company information may be requested during the evaluation.
- After a preliminary evaluation, our team will contact you to discuss the working model and expectations.
- Once your application has been evaluated, you will be notified of the result.
- The working model and special pricing terms are set jointly with the companies found suitable.
Submitting an application does not mean automatic dealership approval; acceptance depends on the outcome of a mutual evaluation. Factors such as the existing dealer structure in the same region, the product group and capacity are taken into account in the evaluation.
